We have a 60 day, return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. No matter what your reason is, if you insist on a refund, we will happily oblige, minus shipping and handling fees.  There's no need for the cumbersome act of shipping the tag/s back to us. We only ask for a picture of the tag cut through the middle, from left to right to render it useless.

The One Day Exchange

In the event there is a problem with the design of your personalized Hush Puppy Dog tag and you would just really appreciate an exchange, we are ready to oblige in a way most people never expect!

In the event we need to make re-make your Hush Puppy Dog Tag/s, we will do our best to put it in that day's production line up and ship your replacement order right away.  This way, you don't have to wait any longer than necessary!     

With us, there's no need for a return shipping label, or any instructions on how and where to send your package, all we need is a picture. Please do not spend your time and money to ship the tag/s to us.  We want to keep this as simple and painless as possible, for everyone.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund Time
Please remember that sometimes it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.  Most are within 48 hours.


We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards and shipping costs are non refundable.
