Order processing is 1-5 business days after you make your purchase of personalized dog id tags. Please note that all timelines exclude Saturdays, Sundays and certain Federal Holidays. 

During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to our  production facility in Houston, Texas.  Your Hush Puppy Dog Tag is customized, packed in recyclable packaging and materials, then shipped with the shipping option of your choice.

All orders are processed through our production facility quickly, so if changes need to be made to your order after purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made before shipping occurs.

• USPS Priority Shipping (2-3 Business Days)
